Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onions, sliced - 4 item
- chopped meat - 1 lb
- large potatoes, peeled - 4 item
- c rice raw - 3/4 item
How to make meal-in-one casserole:
In a bowl, prepare sauce by adding the soup diluted with 1 can water and tomato sauce with 1/4 cup water. Stir well. Add sugar and chili powder to your taste. Set aside. In pan or casserole, slice a row of potatoes, onions, chopped meat and rice; salt and pepper each row. Repeat until all ingredients used. Pour sauce over layers.
