Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- half and half cream - 1 c
- Idaho potatoes - 5 lb
- or 1 stick margarine or butter - 1/2 c
How to make mashed potato casserole:
Peel potatoes. Cook until tender. Drain. Beat softened cream cheese with cream until blended. Add to drained potatoes and blend well with mixer. Add butter and seasonings. Put in a large casserole dish. Brush top with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
