- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can chicken broth - 1 3/4
- seasoned salt - 1 item
- instant minced onion - 2 tsp
- chicken, cut up - 1 item
- poultry seasoning - 1/4 tsp
- uncooked rice - 1 c
How to make chicken rice dinner:
Preheat oven to 350°. Shake flour in regular sized Reynolds cooking bag; place in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Add rice, margarine, peas, broth, water, onion, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and garlic powder. Squeeze bag gently to blend ingredients. Arrange ingredients in an even layer. Brush chicken pieces with oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and paprika. Place chicken in bag on top of rice; close bag with nylon tie. Make 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top; cook 1 hour or until chicken is tender.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
