Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• sour cream - 8 oz
• salt - 2 tsp
• stick margarine - 1 item
• paprika - 1 item
• chives - 2 Tbsp
• to 10 medium, cooked potatoes drain, then mash - 8 item

How to make mashed potato casserole:

Beat the cream cheese. Add all ingredients except paprika. Put in buttered casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Next day, sprinkle with paprika and bake, uncovered, at 350° until heated through.
