Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1/2 item
- stalks celery, diced - 4 item
- can Shoepeg corn - 1 item
- can French green beans - 1 item
- can tiny peas - 1 item
- can diced pimentos - 1 oz
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. oil1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper Drain all vegetables from cans. Mix all dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain before serving.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Salads, Marinades and rubs.
