  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • vinegar
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • medium green pepper - 1 item
  • large onion - 1 item
  • celery stalks - 2 item
  • large cucumber - 1 item
  • 2 can kidney beans
  • 2 can green beans
  • 2 can yellow wax beans

How to make marinated bean salad:

Dressing:1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. vegetable oil2/3 c. sugar1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper Bring vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and pepper to a boil. Pour over bean mixture. Chill at least overnight.
