Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- sage - 1/2 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 c
- peppercorns - 5 item
- fresh mushrooms - 1 pkg
- chopped celery with leaves - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- rosemary - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- coriander - 3/4 tsp
- fennel seed, crushed - 1/4 tsp
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour into glass bowl. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Drain. Place in serving bowl. Spear with wooden skewers.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Marinades and rubs.
