- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- Parmesan, grated - 4 Tbsp
- manicotti noodles - 8 oz
- cooked spinach or broccoli - 12 oz
- cans tomato sauce or 1 jar spaghetti sauce - 3 oz
How to make manicotti:
Mix Ricotta and drained spinach. Stuff uncooked manicotti shells and pour sauce over them. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.Recipe categories: Pasta, Beef, Manicotti.
