- Italian sausage - 1 pkg
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 4 oz
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 lb
- cans mushrooms - 2 oz
- Ricotta cheese optional - 1 (15
- jar Prego with mushrooms - 1 item
- large box manicotti shells - 1 item
How to make manicotti:
Brown Italian sausage; drain. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Boil manicotti shells for 8 minutes; drain. Spray 9 x 13-inch glass dish with Pam. Cover bottom with Prego (1/2 jar). Stuff shells with mixture and place in dish. Cover the stuffed shells with the remaining Prego. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Put remaining mixture over the top and bake for another 10 minutes.
