- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- pizza sauce - 1 (16
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- pepperoni, sliced - 4 oz
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Swiss cheese, grated - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 lb
- sausage - 1/2 lb
- can or jar mushrooms - 1 item
- cooked spaghetti, fettucine or other pasta - 6 7
How to make pizza casserole:
Saute all meat, onion and pepper lightly, drain. Place melted butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Toss cooked pasta with butter. Cover with 1/2 of pizza sauce. Add half the cheese, half the meat mixture and all the mushrooms. Sprinkle with spices, add remaining meat and cheese. Top with remaining pizza sauce.
