Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 60 item
- cans mandarin oranges, drained - 2 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- small Cool Whip - 1 item
- stick melted oleo - 1 item
- frozen orange juice, thawed - 6 oz
How to make mandarin orange dessert:
Combine crackers, sugar and oleo. Spread 3/4 mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix Eagle Brand milk and orange juice. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges. Spread in crust. Top with remaining cracker mixture. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Gelatin.
