Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- can mandarin oranges with juice - 1 item
- box butter recipe cake mix - 1 item
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges with juice. Pour into 2 (8-inch) well-greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool cake completely. Drain pineapple. Mix together pineapple and pudding. Fold in whipped topping until blended well. Frost cake and refrigerate. (Freezes well.)Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
