Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- carton Cool Whip
- small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
- box butter recipe cake mix - 1 item
- can mandarin oranges and juice - 1 oz
How to make pig picking cake:
Frosting:1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained1 small box instant vanilla pudding Combine cake mix, orange slices with juice, oil and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix well, with a mixer. Bake in 3 layers at 350° until lightly brown. Cool and frost.Frosting: Mix all ingredients well and cool in refrigerator while cakes are cooling. Spread between layers and on top of cake. Keep refrigerated.
