- Cool Whip
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- can mandarin oranges with juice - 1 item
- medium can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 item
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Frosting:1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip1 small box instant vanilla pudding1 medium can crushed pineapple with juice Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into pan. Use three 9-inch round or one 9 x 13-inch cake pan. When using rounds, bake for 20 minutes or rectangular bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Mix all frosting ingredients with a wooden spoon for 2 to 3 minutes. Spread on cake and refrigerate.
