- eggs - 3 item
- oil - 3/4 c
- Cool Whip
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding
- can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 item
- can mandarin oranges, undrained - 1 item
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Icing:12 oz. Cool Whip1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding1 can crushed pineapple, well drained Blend oranges in blender with juice. Add to all other ingredients. Bake in greased and floured round pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.Spread icing on cool cake and keep refrigerated.
