Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • marshmallows - 1/2 lb
  • lime Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • orange Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
  • cream, whipped stiff - 1 c

How to make under the sea salad:

Add the cream cheese to the orange Jell-O, boiling water and marshmallows. Let cool. Add the pineapple, cream and mayonnaise. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Put in the refrigerator and let set until firm.

Mix the lime jello and 2 cups boiling water. Let cool until like thick syrup. (If put on too soon, it will sink to the bottom.) Serve plain or with lettuce. Makes 16 to 18 servings.
