  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 8 oz
  • box macaroni and cheese - 1 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • green pepper - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom or celery soup - 1 item
  • small jar chopped pimento - 1 item

How to make macaroni casserole:

Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on box. Add the remainder of ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased casserole dish. For topping, mix 1 package of Ritz crackers and 1 stick melted butter. Pour over top of casserole and bake at 350° f
