- pkg - 1 oz
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped fine - 1/4 c
- cheese, grated - 1 lb
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped fine - 1/4 c
- pimento, chopped fine - 1/4 c
- Topping:1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
How to make macaroni casserole:
Topping:1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed1/2 stick butter, melted Cook macaroni; drain well. Add cheese first, then all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour in slightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers. Add melted butter evenly. Bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.Recipe categories: For large groups, Side dish, Pasta, rice and grains.
