Five flavored pound cake

Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- water - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable shortening - 1/2 c
- well beaten eggs - 5 item
- sticks margarine, softened - 2 item
- each: coconut, lemon, vanilla, butter and rum flavorings - 1 tsp
- each flavors listed - 1 tsp
How to make five flavored pound cake:
Cream butter, sugar and shortening until fluffy and light. Add eggs. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in flavorings. Spoon mixture into tube pan or Bundt pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°. While cake is hot, pour on glaze or use brush.Combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon each of the flavorings. Bring to boil and cook until sugar dissolves. Brush on cake.
