  • milk
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • macaroni - 8 oz
  • fresh bread crumbs - 1 c

How to make macaroni and cheese casserole:

Cook and drain macaroni. Meanwhile, melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until sauce thickens. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add cooked, drained macaroni and mix. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserol
