- milk
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese
- macaroni - 8 oz
- fresh bread crumbs - 1 c
How to make macaroni and cheese casserole:
Cook and drain macaroni. Meanwhile, melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until sauce thickens. Add cheese and stir until melted.
