Ingredients/Components

  • margarine or butter - 1/4 lb
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • milk
  • Cheddar cheese sharp, cut up or grated - 1/2 lb
  • small onion, minced - 1 item
  • can pimiento, chopped - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • pkg - 8 oz

How to make macaroni and cheese:

Melt margarine and stir in flour and cheese to make a sauce; then stir in milk. Add onion, pimiento, salt and pepper.

Mix the sauce and the cooked macaroni together and bake at 350° until bubbly.
