  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 12 oz
  • parsley flakes - 1 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • elbow macaroni - 1 lb
  • yellow American cheese - 1 lb

How to make macaroni and cheese:

Cook macaroni for 10 to 15 minutes in boiling water. Do not overcook. Drain macaroni. Place in a large mixing bowl. Dice cheese. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Place in proper cookware and bake for 20 minutes until brown. Serves 8 to 10.
