Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- elbow macaroni - 1 pkg
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/4 lb
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Make a cream sauce of the oleo, flour, salt and milk. Add cheese; stir until melted. Cook until thick. Cook macaroni until nearly done; drain and put in a baking dish. Pour cream sauce over macaroni; sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until brown. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
