Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- slices white bread, trimmed and dotted with butter - 9 item
- medium grated Cheddar - 2 c
How to make cheese souffle:
Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Layer bread and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place in cold oven at 325° for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and allow souffle to sit 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Low Carb.
