- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- chocolate syrup - 1/2 c
- substitute - 2 or
How to make low fat chocolate brownies:
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until thick. Add chocolate syrup and oil. Beat until smooth, then add flour and salt. Mix thoroughly; add nuts or sprinkle on top for a crisp crust.Spread in 8-inch teflon pan or regular pan that has been lightly oiled or sprayed. If you double the recipe, use 13x9x2-inch pan. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 30 minutes. Cut into squares while warm.
