  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • pumpkin
  • egg - 1 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • 9-inch crust
  • each ginger, nutmeg - 1/4 tsp

How to make paradise pumpkin pie:

Beat or process cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg and vanilla. Spread in bottom of unbaked crust. Beat or process the rest and pour over first layer. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

Optional: Over baked pie, brush maple syrup and sprinkle chopped pecans.
