Fresh apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• oil - 1 c
• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• cloves - 1/2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• apples, peeled and cut into small pieces - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix the oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, flour and apples. Stir until mixed well. Bake for 1 hour (approximately) at 350°.

Pan Preparation: Grease, then flour a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
