Low calorie vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- can tomato juice - 1 oz
- medium onions - 3 item
- small head cabbage - 1 item
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- or 3 beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
- or 4 carrots, sliced - 3 item
- 2 1/2 size can canned tomatoes - 1 item
- little salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make low calorie vegetable soup:
Cook in small amount of water until tender the carrots, cabbage and onions. Add tomato juice, tomatoes, green beans, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper. Simmer about 30 to 45 minutes. Water can be added any time. Keeps well in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Soups & stews, Main dish.
