Linguine with white clam sauce
Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- dried parsley - 1 tbsp
- cans minced or chopped clams - 3 6
- linguine, cooked - 1 lb
- water or clam juice - 1/4 c
- 2-4 cloves garlic, chopped
How to make linguine with white clam sauce:
Rinse clams under running water. Put clams and reserved liquid in medium saucepan. Add 1/4 c. water or clam juice. Add parsley, garlic and olive oil and stir. Bring to a boil and then simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Put linguine in large pasta bowl. Pour sauce over and serve.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Pasta, Clams.
