- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 item
- sour cream
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin - 1 can
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
- cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
How to make pumpkin cheese cake:
Crust:1 c. graham cracker crumbs1 Tbsp. sugar4 Tbsp. butter, melted Topping:16 oz. sour cream2 Tbsp. sugar vanilla Mix crust ingredients and put in a 9-inch pan and chill. Beat cheese and sugar, beat in pumpkin, spices and salt. Add eggs, one at a time. Pour in crust. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
