Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- onion soup mix - 2 pkg
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
- Season-All - 1 Tbsp
- lentils - 1 lb
- Polish sausage optional - 2 lb
How to make lentil soup:
Rinse and soak lentils overnight. Combine all ingredients. Add water to cover lentils. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Cut sausage in bite-size pieces and add to soup (optional).Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Soups & stews, Pork.
