Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- small onions - 3 item
- fresh green beans - 3 lb
How to make lemony green beans:
Season and cook green beans. Slice and separate onions into rings. Saute rings in butter. Add lemon juice and brown sugar to beans. Cook until heated. Drain cooked beans and place in serving dish. Pour onion mixture over beans and serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Onions, Green/yellow beans.
