Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- dried thyme, crushed - 1/4 tsp
- grated lemon peel
- asparagus spears, cooked in unsalted water - 1 lb
How to make lemony asparagus:
Snap off and discard woody bases from asparagus. Cook spears in a large skillet for 8 minutes. Drain. Serve on small warmed platter. Melt butter in same skillet. Add lemon, salt and thyme. Pour over asparagus.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Asparagus.
