Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- grated rind of 1 large lemon
How to make lemon tarts:
Cream oleo and sugar until well blended so sugar is well dissolved. Add flour, mix well, then add grated rind, vanilla and lemon juice. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cookie turns light brown around edges. Makes about 3 dozen small cookies.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Oven.
