Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- sugar - 1 c
- juice and grated rind of 1 1/2 lemons
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
How to make lemon tarts:
Blend margarine with cream cheese. Add 1 cup flour; mix thoroughly. Shape into small balls. Press into small muffin cups. Beat egg. Add 1 tablespoon flour and remaining ingredients. Pour into pastry shells; fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until filling is almost set. Reduce oven temperature to 250°. Bake for 10 minutes longer or until filling is firm.
