Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• egg, beaten - 1 item
• 1 stick butter, softened - 1/2 c
• 1 box powdered sugar - 1 lb
• Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish
• box cake mix, lemon - 1 item

How to make lemon squares:

Combine together all ingredients and mix well. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.Topping:2 eggs, beaten8 oz. cream cheese1 lb. (1 box) powdered sugar Combine together beaten eggs, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Spread on top of the base layer.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until light brown. Cool completely and cut into squares.
