Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- egg whites, beaten stiff - 2 item
- flour level - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks, beaten well - 2 item
- lemon juice and a little rind - 1 item
How to make lemon pudding cake:
Mix flour, sugar and salt together. Add well-beaten egg yolks. Add lemon and milk; mix well. Fold in beaten egg whites. Set dish in pan of warm water. Bake like custard for about 35 minutes at 350°.
