Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- poppy seed - 2 Tbsp
- plain nonfat yogurt - 1 c
- egg substitute - 1 c
- Lemon Glaze - 1 item
- 94% fat-free yellow cake mix - 1 item
- Add oil and mix next four ingredients
How to make lemon poppy seed cake:
Combine cake mix and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add oil and mix next four ingredients. Beat at medium speed with electric blender for 6 minutes. Stir in poppy seed.Pour batter into a 10-cup Bundt pan coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and drizzle with Lemon Glaze. Cool completely on wire rack.Lemon Glaze:1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar2 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice, stirring until smooth.
