Ingredients/Components

• butter - 1 Tbsp
• cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
• water - 3 c
• egg yolks - 6 item
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• real lemon juice - 6 Tbsp
• sugar scant - 3 c

How to make lemon pie:

Bring water, sugar, butter, real lemon juice and pinch of salt to a boil in a heavy kettle or double boiler. Once it cooks, add cornstarch, water and egg yolks. Mix together. Cook until thick like honey. Cool and pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg w
