Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- can condensed milk - 1 item
How to make lemon pie:
Separate the eggs. Mix the yolks with milk and lemon juice. Pour into crust. Make a meringue of the egg whites by beating the whites until stiff. Gradually mix in 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pile on the pie and bake at 350° until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
