Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- whipped topping - 1 c
- Mix well
- instant lemon pudding
- Pat into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan
How to make lemon lush:
Combine all ingredients. Pat into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.2nd Layer:1 c. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. whipped topping Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Spread on crust while warm, not hot!3rd Layer:3 c. cold milk2 Tbsp. lemon juice1 large pkg. instant lemon pudding Stir all ingredients together. Pour over second layer.Top with whipped topping. Garnish with lemon slices and cherries. Serves 10 to 12 people.
