  • flour - 1 c
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • large Cool Whip - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • instant lemon pudding - 2 pkg
  • confectionary sugar - 1 c
  • cream cheese, soft - 1 (8

How to make lemon lush:

Mix oleo, flour and nuts in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 375° degrees. Mix cream cheese, confectionary sugar, 1 cup of Cool Whip and pour in cooled crust. Mix milk and pudding. Stir until thick and pour over cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top.
