Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- pkg - 8 oz
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- cold water - 2 c
- hot water - 2 c
- lemon juice - 1/2 Tbsp
- Dream Whip - 1 pkg
- extra large eggs - 2 item
- pineapple juice from can - 1 item
- large box lemon jello - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple, drain juice and save - 1 item
- small bag crushed English walnuts - 1 item
How to make lemon jello salad:
In a 9 x 11-inch glass dish, mix together the lemon jello, hot and cold water and chill until firm. In a separate saucepan, cook until thick the pineapple juice, sugar, eggs, flour and lemon juice.
