  • pkg - 1 oz
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • heavy cream, whipped - 1 c
  • juice - 1 can

How to make lemon jello salad:

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in water. Using beaters, add cream cheese. Add drained pineapple, nuts and 1/2 cup of pineapple juice. Cool until slightly set. Fold in whipped cream. Chill until firm.
