Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- small marshmallows - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- hot water - 2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- bananas, sliced - 2 item
- pineapple juice
- can crushed pineapple, drained and reserve juice - 1 item
How to make lemon jello salad:
Dressing:1 c. pineapple juice1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1 egg, beaten2 Tbsp. butter1 c. Cool Whip Dissolve jello in hot water and refrigerate until partly congealed. Cook the first 4 ingredients of the dressing together until it thickens. Add butter and let cool. Add the pineapple, bananas and marshmallows to the partly congealed jello, then add the dressing and fold in the Cool Whip. Chill.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less, Salads.
