- orange - 1 item
- lemons - 4 item
How to make lemon ice:
Squeeze juice from fruit. Measure water and sugar into saucepan. Stir well. Heat mixture over medium heat until boiling. Boil 10 minutes. Pour into large mixing bowl. Pour juice through strainer to mixing bowl. Pour into plastic container; freeze until hard. Scrape shavings into scoop size servings and serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Low fat.
