Ingredients/Components
- crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers - 4 c
- bananas, sliced - 4 item
- confectioners sugar, packed - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- small carton Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix crackers and 1 stick oleo. Press in bottom of casserole dish and freeze for 15 minutes. Mix sugar, 1 stick oleo and egg together for 10 minutes, then smooth over crust. Top with bananas. Over bananas, put drained pineapple, then top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
