Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Sprinkle with frozen coconut
How to make coconut delight:
Melt oleo and mix with flour and pecans. Pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 325°. Cool.Second Layer:8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1 c. Cool Whip Mix well and spread over baked crust. Sprinkle with frozen coconut.Third Layer:2 small pkg. instant coconut pudding mix3 c. milk Mix thoroughly. Pour over second layer.
