  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • Pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan
  • Sprinkle with frozen coconut

How to make coconut delight:

Melt oleo and mix with flour and pecans. Pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 325°. Cool.Second Layer:8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1 c. Cool Whip Mix well and spread over baked crust. Sprinkle with frozen coconut.Third Layer:2 small pkg. instant coconut pudding mix3 c. milk Mix thoroughly. Pour over second layer. Garnish with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
