Chocolate mousse
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 3 c
- flour
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- stick oleo - 1 item
- small boxes instant chocolate pudding - 2 item
How to make chocolate mousse:
Crust: Cut together flour, chopped walnuts and oleo. Press into 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool.Layer 1: Beat together cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread on top of crust.
Layer 2: Mix pudding and milk. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Layer 3: Top with Cool Whip and chopped walnuts.
