Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- whole chicken, boiled and cut up - 1 item
How to make lemon chicken:
Place lemon juice over chicken. Mix sour cream, celery soup and mushroom soup and pour over chicken. Bake at 350° until bubbly. Top with Ritz crackers (about 2 dozen) crushed with 1 stick of margarine. Pour over chicken. Put back in oven and bake until brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
